Galaxy lettering is a playful, fun alphabet that can be drawn in many different styles. Everything you need to create some “out-of-this-world” hand lettering is included.
Illustrated by Lhey Bella Ralston, the artist and creative director of Mommy Lhey Designs – the 40-page activity book will guide you through the basics and fundamentals of brush lettering. One stroke at a time, you will learn how to use Gelatos Art Crayons, how to work with a water brush and how to accentuate your lettering by adding drop shadows and embellishments. Basic stroke, thin and bubble alphabet, along with brush lettering practice worksheets make learning fun and easy!
Featuring Gelatos Art Crayons in three colors, the fully water-soluble pigment crayons glide on the paper creamy smooth for vibrant color and coverage. The Gelatos have an easy twist-up design for easy use and storage. The Gelatos in this kit have a hint of shimmer that add an iridescent shiny tint to your artwork.
Use the Goldfaber Graphite Sketch Pencil in degree of lead hardness HB for preliminary sketches. The break-resistant lead is made of finely ground graphite and clay for a smooth, consistent laydown. It lightens and erases easily with the soft eraser included. The eco pencil is made of wood from certified sustainable forestry.
The Goldfaber Aqua Dual Marker in black is also featured. The water-based dye watercolor marker is fully water soluble, odorless, acid-free and pH neutral. In addition, the streak-free ink will not bleed through the pages of the activity book. The dual tip marker has a soft, flexible brush nib with a variable line width of 1-5mm on one side and a metal-encased 0.6mm fine tip for detail work on the other. The barrel and cap of the marker is made of 100% recycled materials.
